At PEARL iZUMi, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your performance apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
